Accounting and Grants Administrator
The Accounting and Grants Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the financial health and accountability of United Way of Lane County and the Early Childhood Hub of Lane County. This position is responsible for general ledger accounting, payroll processing, fiscal management, grant accounting and reporting, monthly close support, budget planning and analysis, and financial reporting. This position also supports the annual audit process and ensures compliance with GAAP accounting principles.
While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, the Accounting and Grants Administrator will mentor junior staff and provide support for capacity building within the Finance team. This position works closely with all UWLC staff and departments; businesses; donors; nonprofit agency partners; community service groups; government agencies.
