Did you know that today over 61,000 individuals in Lane County are uninsured?

100% Access Coalition

The 100% Access Healthcare Coalition formed as a result of the United Way of Lane County’s 2004 Community Needs Assessment which found that for the first time, health care, affordable medications and health insurance were the top three needs of all people in Lane County regardless of socioeconomic status, age, or geography. The Coalition is comprised of Lane County's leading health care providers including our hospitals, medical practitioners, safety net clinics, insurers, government agencies, private businesses and non-profit organizations who are committed to improving access to health care in Lane County – connecting more people to appropriate, quality health care at less cost. (Click here for a complete list of our Full Coalition Members)

The Coalition is working to connect people in Lane County with no (or inadequate) medical insurance to existing health resources while working to refine the current health delivery system as well as develop and implement new community-based medical programs and services to fill the gaps where most needed.
