For Nonprofit Agencies
- Do I need to be a health or human service organization? - No. To be eligible
as a Volunteer Connection Partner you must be one of the following:
- A
not-for-profit organization with 501(c)3 or comparable tax exempt status
- A
public agency; city, county, state, or federal governmental agency
- A
for-profit health services organization serving people who are elderly
and/or people who have mental and physical disabilities with the condition
that all participating volunteers will directly serve clients and not
contribute to the profitability of the health services organization.
